Terms of Service

By accessing, using, or uploading videos to the Video Flash Analysis tool, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the tool.

1. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

The WebGPU engines, mathematical algorithms, WGSL shaders, and client-side processing configurations ("The Engine") powering this application are the sole, exclusive, and proprietary intellectual property of the creators of video-audit.com.

Using this application grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to perform accessibility analysis on your media. It does not transfer any ownership or rights to the underlying technology.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the analysis engine.
  • You may not copy, rip, or distribute the WebGPU shaders (WGSL) or video processing algorithms for commercial or competitive purposes.
  • You may not bypass, disable, or attempt to defeat any build-time obfuscation or minification applied to the application code.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our analysis engine is built to rigorously apply WCAG mathematical standards, successfully identifying over 90% of potentially harmful flashes under optimal conditions. However, because client-side browser rendering environments can unpredictably alter color spaces and gamma profiles, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. This platform is designed to empower creators and organizations in evaluating media accessibility, but it is not a medical diagnostic device. We assume no legal liability for any seizures, health events, or damages resulting from media evaluated by this platform.
